I would like to use the 2010 Race Across America as a platform to help raise money for the Central Asia Institute. I’m hoping that my efforts in the 2010 race will inspire others to donate to this worthy charity.

Central Asia Institute is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with the mission to promote and support community-based education, especially for girls, in remote regions of Pakistan and Afghanistan. It was started by the author of the #1 New York Times Bestseller Three Cups of Tea: One Man’s Mission to Promote Peace . . . One School at a Time. If you haven’t read this book, I recommend that you do so.
